We have 4 outstanding young men in our small ward in Liberty, Texas that have been called to serve a mission. It will be fun to have our ward family follow their experiences through this blog. Elder Clegg left July 20,2011 for the Idaho, Pocatello mission, Elder Waddell left July 27, 2011 for the Alaska, Anchorage Spanish speaking mission, Elder Escobar left in August for the Massachusetts, Boston mission, and Elder Tellez left September 14, 2011 for the Mexico, Veracruz Spanish speaking mission. We are so very excited that these fine young men have chosen to serve the Lord.

Elder Tellez 4-8-13 email

Hello, How is everyone? I am good. I loved conference like always. I noticed that most of the speakers talked about obedience. I also realized that it was my last General Conference in the mission. I am soooo glad that everyone is good and happy. Nothing really happened this week. The president told us that next transfer he will be giving my companion and I new missionaries to train. The two missionaries that are in the pictures are Elder Abreu and Elder Hernandez. They stayed with us for one week, it was fun working with them. They were new in the mission so we had to teach them many things. I love you all. Time to go.
