Elder Waddell was given permission by his mission President to leave July 17th to attend a sealing in Oregon and then he would come home from there which would be the 18th. I gather this couple, his first baptism in the field, is really close to him or something. I think he was the one to be the witness and signature on their marriage certificate and they really want him to be there. He has been trying to decide because if he does go he will miss the final meetings. etc... with all the missionaries that will be going home on July 24th.
